Cashiers must enjoy interacting with the public and have a keen eye for detail.  Mathematical aptitude and accuracy are necessary.  Good communication skills are required.

Retail sales people must have great customer service skills and enjoy interacting with the public.  Duties will vary according to daily needs like receiving, stocking and maintaining incoming plants and hard goods.  Along with this, we also need assistance shipping plants and assisting customers with plant selections and care.  Good communication skills are required.  Some lifting is required.
